It has been a smooth and successful day so far. new sleep meds, clear MRI, maybe no spinal tap tomorrow. I did the MRI because the docs here thought that the psychosis might be a sign the cancer had returned. I'll find out for sure on Friday. Maybe I'll go home!
Despite the cancer possibility it was actually an enjoyable day. I thought we had some great conversations. Sylvia Edwards and Phil Erlewine left BR at 5am and they spent the day down there helping me with lugging my stuff around. They were great company. Thanks for the ride and giving me a day of your busy lives! I am honored and feel very loved by their gestures of kindness. I really enjoyed our conversations.
Sleep has been much better with some mild psychosis medication. 5 hrs so far tonight. It feels good. I feel myself acting more normal. Progress!

Become a possibilitarian. No matter how dark things seem to be or actually are, raise your sights and see possibilities - always see them, for they're always there. ~Norman Vincent Peale
Hey Brian and Katie- I'm still praying for both of you and your families. I'm just an email or phone call away if you need someone to talk to. I've been down the steroid road w/ my asthma. Sleep meds are my new best friend.
I ran into your dad at Meijer's, Brian, on Wednesday. It was nice to talk to him again.
Sending you both much love and prayers. I hope to see you soon!
Love, Michelle aka "Mrs. G."
p.s. I wish I could bottle up your optimism. You give such hope to me.
