Each lap around the floor is a sixteenth of a mile. Above, is a picture of the marker board I use for keeping track of how many laps I have walked. In case you are wondering there is no competition between Jeanne and me. She left a few days ago. I walked two miles today and two yesterday. No crazy side-effects so far other than an upset stomach, loss of appetite, mild fatigue, and headache. The walking really helps. My goal is to walk at least one mile per day. That might be unrealistic considering the likelihood that I will have a few days in which I don't feel like doing anything.
