The doctors came to greet me this morning. My head was extremely congested, lungs hurt, had hiccups and was eating at the pace of a snail. They asked me if I was feeling nausea and I hiccuped and then their answer was given to them in a bucket. I slept off and on the entire day thankfully because I feel like I have the flu. My blood counts have hit rock bottom, which explains why I feel like I do. I will probably feel like this for the next several days. I am on a liquid diet until my appetite returns. On a good note, I was able to slowly limp a mile around the halls.
Thanks for your thoughts and prayers as I enter this grueling stage of treatment.
I will try to post again tomorrow depending on how I am feeling.

It's impressive that you walked that mile today.
